Luxer One package lockers need power and data to operate, like how your smart phone needs a data plan. Cellular connection is an option in select outdoor situations, though hardwiring is preferred.
Luxer One’s lockers are all 37.5″ wide and 23″ deep. Indoor units are all 76″ high, while the outdoor units are 89.5″ high if they have a roof kit.
Roof kits are optional IF the lockers will be out of the elements, especially direct sunlight.

Known as “Luxer as a Service”, these options mortize the equipment cost over shorter terms from 24 to 60 months. Luxer One bills the property monthly, and the property bills residents.
This option drives recurring revenue and increases property value while the system pays for itself! A single agreement covers initial term and subsequent support term.

Offered for properties with 100 or more residential units.
Hardware, shipping, installation, your first year of service and support, and sales tax are totaled and split 50/50, with half due prior to installation and the other half due when the lockers are installed.
The property is free to offer the lockers or package room as an included amenity OR charge residents via the property management software.
