How it Works

- Use a smartphone or PIN on the keypad to access the space. For added security, the internal camera takes a picture of the person who used the keypad.
- The keypad unlocks the door or gate, allowing anyone to easily access the space. At any time, access permissions can be changed through an online portal.
Elevator Controls
Unlock your key fobbed elevator from the ButterflyMX mobile app.
How it Works
- When a resident grants property access, the elevator controls temporarily unlock your key fobbed elevator for a set period of time. This allows the visitor to walk through your lobby, enter the elevator, and select a floor.
- At any time, a resident can use our mobile app to unlock your key fobbed elevator for themselves or a visitor with a single tap. This allows for added convenience when key fobs have been left behind.
- ButterflyMX elevator controls and mobile app only unlock access to the floor the resident lives on, ensuring access to all other floors in your building remains secure.
